We are seeking volunteers for running the 2nd annual Conference for Truth and Trust Online (TTO) which will be held virtually on October 16th (Friday) and 17th (Saturday). In exchange for a couple of hours of work, we offer volunteers a complimentary ticket to the conference.
We are seeking volunteers to help us in the following tasks. We have divided each task to a maximum of two hours blocks. Each volunteer can take the responsibility for one or more blocks, across different tasks.
- Chat & Help Facilitators (12 needed in total):
— Monitors the main chat room,
— Copy pastes information on sessions starting, links to sponsor rooms
— Monitors the help chat channel and helps the participants with technical issues
— Fun polls, etc. throughout day also possible if desired - Q&A Facilitator for the Main and In Depth Stage (12 needed in total):
— Monitors incoming questions in the chat
— helps speakers know which one(s) to answer
— Groups questions together as needed
The conference will be held 8:30-14:30 on Friday and 9:30-14:30 on Saturday Eastern Time.
